WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
We accept returns of any goods within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date (with the exception of clearance items). To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with original tags attached.
Christmas Period:
Any purchase bought between 13th to 31st December 2024 will have an extended return period of until 31st January 2025.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER ITEM?
At this time, we are unable to facilitate exchanges or provide store credit. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning the unwanted product and placing a new order. Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, it typically takes 3 - 7 working days to process your refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
