WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

IMPORTANT ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
Please allow 1-2 working days from the time of purchase for order processing and dispatchment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends and bank holidays.

We offer a UK Standard Delivery service, which usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We use Royal Mail and ParcelForce to ship orders within the UK. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with the courier details and tracking number. This way, you can check the status of your order and see when it will arrive.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
Contact order@jlytravel.co.uk immediately.  In some cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping charge is non-refundable.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK, WHAT IS THE COURSE OF ACTION?
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and refund the full price of the item within 3-5 working days.

THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY SHIPMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your shipment is delayed by your courier, contact them directly as they may require specific directions on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the courier will need an address update, which may result in an additional charge. JLY is not responsible for paying this extra charge. To avoid the additional charge, request the courier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to collect it.
