CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. If you need to cancel, you can do so before the order is processed without incurring any charges.

My order has been processed, what should I do? 
If your order has been processed and you wish to cancel, please contact customer service immediately to check the dispatch status. Email order@jlytravel.co.uk with your order number in the subject title. If the order has been processed but not dispatched, and a postage label has already been purchased for the item, cancelling will result in a restocking fee as follows to cover the non-refundable postage label cost:

  • Backpacks, bags, and accessories: £2.99
  • Small suitcase: £4.99
  • Medium, Large suitcase & Suitcase Set: £8.34

My order has been dispatched, what can i do?
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. It is important to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase to ensure that you are satisfied with your selection. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team for assistance.
